Nothing Without Us – Ranger Station Art Gallery

In Partnership with Kent Harrison Arts Council, Kickstart Disability Arts & Culture Presents:

Nothing Without Us
November 7th – December 6th

Ranger Station Art Gallery
98 Rockwell Dr, Harrison Hot Springs, BC
Gallery Hours:
Weekdays 10am – 4pm
Weekends 12pm-4pm

So many times, decisions are made for persons who identify as living with a disability without their input. Our community needs to be seen and heard clearly, and from their own voices, that is why this exhibition is titled “Nothing Without Us”.

The exhibition will feature visual art from 11 artists who identify as living with disabilities.

Participating Artists: August Bramhoff, Meghan Carich, Karen Colville, Jerry LaFaery, Laurie Landry, Kat Malenica, Theresa Moleski, Mujtaba Saloojee, Murray Siple, Rose Williams and Margaux Wosk

Please note there will be COVID safety features in place in the gallery to ensure the safety of all who attend throughout the duration of the exhibition.

This exhibition was originally slated for Fall 2019, but was originally delayed because the Gallery received funds to make some accessibility upgrades, solely based on presenting a Kickstart exhibition! As with many construction projects, the upgrades were delayed so we made the decision to postpone the show until they were complete. The upgrades are now complete and Kickstart is thrilled that, despite COVID we are able to move forward with the exhibition!
